Privacy Notice

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the data controller is Süleyman Taşçı, who runs www.suleymantasci.com.tr.

This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit the site and use the contact form.

• Contact form: your name, e-mail address, the topic you choose and your message.
• Security: your IP address, held briefly in server memory when you send the form, to limit abuse.
• Preference: your language choice, kept in a session cookie (see the Cookie Policy).

The site does not collect data for visitor analytics, advertising or profiling, and uses no third-party tracking.

• Replying to your message, discussing the project or service you ask about, and preparing a proposal.
• Protecting the form from spam and abuse, and keeping the site secure.
• Showing the site in the language you chose.

Your data is collected electronically and automatically through the form on the site. Processing relies on KVKK Art. 5(2):

• It is directly related to entering into a contract (Art. 5(2)(c)) — your project and proposal requests.
• The controller’s legitimate interest, without harming your fundamental rights (Art. 5(2)(f)) — answering messages, security and preventing abuse.

The site and its e-mail run on servers of Hostinger International Ltd. in Frankfurt, Germany. Data you send through the form is therefore stored on servers outside Türkiye; this transfer follows the procedures of KVKK Art. 9.

Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. It may only be disclosed to competent authorities where the law requires it.

• Messages: kept for at most 2 years after your request is concluded, then deleted.
• IP address: held in memory only for the 15-minute sending limit, never written to disk; expired entries are cleared regularly.
• Language cookie: deleted when you close your browser.

You may ask the data controller to:

• tell you whether your personal data is processed, and give you information about it,
• tell you the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• name the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, it is transferred to,
• correct it if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• erase or destroy it under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
• notify those third parties of any correction or erasure,
• object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis,
• compensate damage caused by unlawful processing.
